We highly recommend Rob Feldman as an agent. We are long distance home buyers from Ohio. After talking with him on the phone and giving him information about what type of home we wanted and our needs, we met with Rob in November 2019. He had a presentation of available homes that met our needs, but we decided we wanted new construction. He took us to a 55+ community that is new and under construction. We found a lot and home style that met our needs. Building started in April and with the pandemic we did not make any trips to Nevada during construction. Rob was our representative for all our meetings and walkthroughs. We did FaceTime so we could see what was occurring on site and Rob kept us up to date with pictures and progress reports. When we moved in on October 1, it was our first trip back to Nevada in eleven months and the whole home buying was very easy because we had Rob working with us. I would contact Rob Feldman if we move in the future.

We lived in Ohio. With the virse we could not get out to check on building but Rob was there when ever we needed him. I highly recommend him.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Rob Feldman. He responded quickly to our initial interest in buying a retirement home. My husband and I visited Las Vegas twice; each time, Rob took us to various retirement communities, club houses and numerous available homes. His knowledge of 55 and older communities is top notch. His assistant Georgeanna was also very helpful. New what was also outstanding was how he went far beyond my expectations to help my wife before and after the closing. We had some issues with the home warranty insurance. I was having no success dealing with the matter so called Rob. He knew who to talk to and what strings to had to pull so that we were fairly treated. Another time before and after the closing We were out of the country for two months and Rob assisted us greatly.
