Siena Overview

Siena in Las Vegas, Nevada is a 667 acre age-restricted community within the master-planned community of Summerlin. Siena is an active adult community with the feel of a luxury resort. Homes are nestled around a Schmidt-Curley designed 18-hole championship golf course, cascading waterfalls, tranquil gardens, and beautiful Lake Siena. The community is enclosed by a six-foot high masonry privacy wall and two gated entrances, each with an on-duty guard to assist visitors.

Siena is conveniently located next to the I-215 Beltway, leading to the famous Las Vegas Strip. Mountain views and water features enhance Siena's artful desert landscaping, and well-maintained walking trails are available for daily walks or traveling by foot to the community buildings at Siena's Village Center.

Social activities at Siena in Las Vegas, NV begin at the Village Center. The Village Center amenity complex boasts a total of 71,000 square feet of indoor amenities. The 39,000 square foot Community Center includes space for meetings, multiple arts and crafts rooms, a library, computer lab, billiards and card rooms, and the 7,200 square-foot Sunrise Ballroom.

At the 15,900 square-foot Siena Health and Fitness Center, residents can enjoy a full service salon and day spa, wellness center, and state-of-the-art fitness center. Separate ladies' and men's locker rooms each include saunas and steam rooms. The Health and Fitness Center also houses a four-lane 25-yard indoor heated pool, or residents can opt to use the heated outdoor resort-style pool and adjacent spa. A lighted bocce court, four horseshoe pits and four tennis courts are located outside of the Health and Fitness Center, and picturesque walking trails wind throughout the community's ponds.

Siena is also home to Siena Golf Club and its 15,000 square-foot clubhouse that includes a full service golf shop as well as casual dining. The Siena Bistro boasts an outdoor dining patio that overlooks Lake Siena, the 18th hole of the golf course, and the driving range.
